Buona notizia: abbiamo ridotto i costi
Few days ago I announced good news. We have lowered costs:
- from around 240-290 thousand PLN monthly (60-72k USD)
- to the level of 128 thousand PLN monthly (32 thousand USD),
- so we have reduced costs by half.
We parted ways (in agreement!) with several people. All these individuals performed their tasks well. We simply reduced the team to the absolutely necessary minimum. Until we start generating profits. If we want to develop the platform, it is probably not possible to go lower.
This means that ccFound is now in a safer position. Funds were supposed to last us until the end of the year - as I wrote in the last investor report (link). According to current calculations, funds will last us until October or November 2025. If we receive a refund from the Tax Office, it might even last a few more months.
