We created a funnel that leads interested people from FB ads to watch a webinar and then directs them to register on the platform.
Since the beginning of the campaign, we have acquired 13,880 people interested in the advertisement, of which 757 registered for the webinar.
409 people watched the live webinar, half of whom watched it to the end. The replay of the webinar was watched by 159 people, of which 38% watched it to the end.

As a result of discussions with trainers, we prepared an offer for free “Speed Mentoring” - a comprehensive implementation program for trainers with support in adapting their current business model to subscriptions.

ccFound still faces a significant challenge in acquiring its most important user: an expert who would like to build a subscription product on this platform.
Speed Mentoring has simultaneously sparked interest but also disbelief that it is a free offer. Potential experts are afraid of a hidden agenda.
Experts who have benefited from the advice are scattered across many social media channels (e.g., recording 4 TikTok channels in 4 languages) and side projects, and they do not implement what they planned or postpone it to the following months.
On the other hand, those who are already doing well in the information business usually have established infrastructure.
Even if these are WordPress sites with payment plugins, it is already something they know. This creates a barrier to switching to another solution.
We have therefore considered creating a premium offer, a hi-ticket offer, where for several or several thousand zlotys we would implement a more personalized onboarding for an expert or influencer on the platform.
We are considering entering into a profit-sharing collaboration with experts. We are in advanced discussions with one very popular influencer on these matters. If the winds are favorable, there is a chance that we will launch a promotional campaign for the hi-ticket product at the beginning of May, on which we would like to generate seven-figure revenues. There is a strong intention to collaborate from the other side.
Leading an expert means hundreds of hours of marketing work. Our team is currently mainly technical, and advertising and sales are strictly handled by management. This means a transition from a SaaS platform to a publishing/agency model, which will be a significant challenge. We are in the process of securing resources, e.g., establishing cooperation with marketers who will help lead such campaigns.
We are also establishing direct contact with selected influencers, whom we are looking for on social media and through special influencer search engines. Our criterion is appropriately large popularity, e.g., 100 thousand fans - and insufficient monetization.
Over 4 weeks, we sent over 500 messages with our offer. We had several conversations and gained a few people preliminarily interested in collaboration. We do not stop there and continue to contact about a hundred people weekly.
After conversations with interested parties, we received feedback about our brand and the recognition of Karol Kiełtyka. We have taken steps to build authority in these areas.
We have established cooperation with an agency for this purpose, and soon educational reels by Karol will see the light of day, especially on Instagram, where most of the experts and influencers we are looking for are located.
Finance and Taxes
At this moment, the company has 794 thousand PLN (210 thousand USD). These funds should be enough to maintain the project until September 2025. But we are still waiting for a refund from the Tax Office (up to 1,366 thousand PLN, or about 361 thousand USD), which may extend our path by even a year. The risk factor is when these funds will be obtained.
In particular: we are still waiting for the refund of VAT charged in the amount of about 903 thousand zlotys for the years 2022 and 2023, which has led to the initiation of an audit by the Customs and Tax Office. The audit should be completed in the next quarter.
We are still waiting for the closure of the proceedings in the limited liability company. The Tax Office is showing significant sluggishness and prolonging the closure of proceedings and the refund of funds due to us.
IT
Changes in groups:
- New view of the group offer with the possibility of adding videos and photo galleries. Now you can present the offer in video form.
- Blocking the addition of posts and comments. As the group author, you decide whether your users can add posts in your group. You can also block the ability to add comments, allowing for one-way communication with your community.
- Video and audio recordings in posts with hosting on the ccFound side. No need to upload links via YouTube anymore. You can even publish voice messages recorded on your phone's dictaphone.

We started cooperation with a UX/UI agency to change the appearance of the platform. We want the portal to be more attractive and intuitive, which will certainly facilitate the use of the platform.
Tokens
In connection with the entry into force of the MiCA Regulation (Markets in Crypto-Assets), every holder of $FOUND tokens has been obliged to withdraw their funds to a private wallet. This change results from the need to comply with current legal regulations in the European Union.
In response to numerous questions regarding the distribution of tokens, we have prepared a plan aimed at ensuring transparency and security of the withdrawal process.
The most important information:
- Every user who wants to receive tokens must link their private wallet on our platform.
- Linking the wallet involves assigning the address to the user's account, which allows for the identification of the $FOUND balance.
- After the tokens are resumed, a scanner operating on the Binance Smart Chain will be launched. It will register the current balance of tokens on the assigned addresses.
Withdrawals will be made in one of two ways (to be officially announced):
- Direct distribution of tokens to the specified wallet address.
- Assignment of the appropriate amount of tokens to the user's account on the platform.
We assure you that we operate in accordance with applicable regulations and will do our utmost to ensure that the distribution process is smooth and transparent.
Of course, these changes make sense only when we start generating significant revenue through the platform itself.

But above all, on the wave of AI growth, Perplexity emerged, which turned out to be a real Google Killer. There is no longer any point in asking questions on Quora or Reddit. Currently, we click on “deep research” in Perplexity or ChatGPT, which also searches the resources of the internet.
Both tools can break through dozens of scientific studies and summarize them for us in 11 minutes, for which we would have to pay a lawyer, doctor, or analyst at least several thousand zlotys.
Talking to people, and even experts, is becoming meaningless. Education will also change in due time. ccFound will not be the new Quora, Wikipedia, Twitter, or Reddit. This strategy has become outdated.
That is why we have moved towards building a community through experts and… influencers.
People want contact with other people, not just solutions to their problems. They want contact with influencers they follow and like. It does not necessarily have to be results-oriented, such as building a business. It can be a group of a favorite gamer, a group of board game enthusiasts, a discussion group about manga, sports, etc.
At this stage, experts and influencers are reluctant to use the ccFound offer both through webinars, direct contacts, and the promotion of the homepage, and even speed mentoring.
Why is this happening? In the educational and influencer industry, trends prevail. Experts follow the trends promoted by market leaders. For example, the trend of conducting sales webinars. The trend of using specific tools for marketing analytics. The trend of making shorts.
In the Polish market, such leaders include Adrian Kołodziej - and that is why we acquired him for cooperation, which was feasible because we have known each other for years. (It is worth adding that in the educational industry, collaborations take place through relationships, and acquiring an equivalent of Adrian in the German or British market is currently unrealistic).
Adrian was unable to fully engage in promoting ccFound and put everything on one card. We managed to convince him to engage in the way we reported over the past few months. We still have his support and advice, but we cannot count on transferring the entire business to ccFound.
In Poland, there is a trend to use the platform of one of our competitors, to which people have already become accustomed. This company generates small profits because the platform is cheap. Therefore, it is difficult to compete with a business focused on operating almost pro bono (small market + low prices = low income).
At the same time, we have experts in Poland who use another well-known foreign platform because it is recommended by popular Alex Hormozi. Moreover, Alex invested about 100 million USD in it.
In summary, we are unable to create a trend and a fashion for using ccFound without breaking the pattern resulting from the fashion created by, among others, teachers earning from knowledge.
The goal is to acquire a few first case studies that someone achieved success specifically on ccFound. We have sufficient technical capabilities as a tool for this. We have all the necessary functions. We have already verified this in conversations with many people. However, we need to find someone who wants to act and achieve results.
It is a paradox, but experts want to earn money and at the same time either do not want to engage in one specific idea, or they do many things a little, are busy, and… still do not have greater results.
Most experts are businesses with revenues of 0.5-1.5 million zlotys per year while working five jobs at once. It is difficult to insert an additional idea for a paid group there.
This resembles a mentality that since there are 15 social media, one must be present on each of them to achieve success. However, the truth is the opposite, and few discover it.
So far, all the experts we have met are scattered and do not implement the agreements made with us. We hope that the key client we are now acquiring will reverse this trend. We are also working on acquiring more. We only need one; we can handle a maximum of three.
Experts, seeing examples of success, usually copy the strategy of those who succeeded. This way, the snowball effect is created. This is a classic startup problem of “the chicken and the egg.” We are still fighting to break this pattern.
Selling a solution for 1-4 thousand zlotys per year does not make business sense with a client scale even going into dozens of people. The first examples of influencers must attract hundreds or thousands of followers. We are eager to publicize such first case studies to accelerate the snowball effect.
That is why we have found a business model that will make the key client worth not a few, but hundreds of thousands of zlotys or even millions. We have experience in the Institute of Cryptography from executing the largest campaigns in the Polish market. Since influencers themselves do not want to lead them, we will lead them for them.
This somewhat turns ccFound into a marketing agency and a publishing house. ccFound is not an Institute; it has a separate team and competencies and cannot engage the same employees. Therefore, the coming weeks will be a moment of truth and will show how we will cope with this challenge.
