Tax Office another success! Another US decision overturned!
Several days ago, we received a decision from DIAS in Wrocław which overturned the decision of the Tax Office regarding the securing of an amount exceeding 350,000.00 PLN for potential liabilities that could arise during the ongoing proceedings.
It should be added that the proceedings are absurd because they concern a case we won. In the limited liability company, the court confirmed that the tokens have the status of vouchers for various purposes.
In the limited partnership, the situation is exactly the same, the same interpretation, and the same product; however, the official, knowing that the case is doomed to fail, decided to expose us to further costs, nerves, and loss of time by insisting on the disputed position. Additionally, she applied for the securing mentioned in this post.
The Director of the Tax Administration Chamber confirmed that there are no grounds for establishing security and blocking our funds, thus highlighting the incompetence of the officials of the Wrocław-Śródmieście Tax Office.
