After almost 3 years, we have concluded our battle with the Tax Office. After the Provincial Administrative Court issued a ruling confirming our position, the Tax Office decided to accept the court's position and did not file an appeal to the Supreme Administrative Court. Consequently, the favorable ruling for the ccFOUND project became final last week.I hope this will allow us to quickly conclude the ongoing proceedings and focus solely on the development of the project.

Po prawie 3 latach zakończyliśmy batalię z Urzędem Skarbowym. Po tym jak Wojewódzki Sąd Aministracyjny wydał wyrok potwierdzający nasze stanowisko, Urząd Skarbowy postanowił uznać stanowisko sądu i nie złożył odwołania do Najwyższego Sądu Administracyjnego. W związku z powyższym korzystny dla projektu ccFOUND wyrok sądu stał się prawomocny w zeszłym tygodniu.Mam nadzieję, że pozwoli nam to szybko zakończyć trwające postępowania i skupić się już tylko na rozwoju projektu.
