We have added the ability to add inline graphics, i.e., within written content. This facilitates writing extensive articles, instructions, etc.

We have added the requirement to assign a group to at least one category so that users can sort products that interest them.

We have enabled the option to hide paid groups in the marketplace so that access to them is only available by clicking on a link sent to clients, e.g., in a mailing. This serves experts to hide their offers from competitors and clients who must follow a specific path and prepare to see them. We are currently working on a similar function in courses.

We have configured Google Merchants and added all products from the platform to it. Currently, there are as many as 518 products from ccFOUND in the Google Products section. We have also recorded the first organic clicks on products from the Google search engine.

At this moment, the company has 1,630 thousand PLN in savings (approximately 415 thousand USD). These funds should be enough to maintain the project until September 2025 at the latest, but we are still waiting for a refund from the Tax Office (up to 1,366 thousand PLN, or about 347 thousand USD). The risk factor is whether and when these funds will be obtained.

We are still waiting for a VAT refund of approximately 903,639 PLN for the years 2022 and 2023, which has led to the initiation of an audit by the Customs and Tax Office. The audit should conclude in the next quarter. We have received information about the extension of the audit deadline until the end of December 2024.

Regarding the matter described in the previous report with the Tax Office concerning the limited liability company - about two weeks ago, we received a positive ruling with justification. We are now waiting to see if the Office will file complaints to the NSA.

Regarding the audit in the limited partnership, the Office made the same decision as regarding the audit in the limited liability company - they want to continue the fight against our startup. In July, we submitted a complaint regarding the decisions contained in the protocol. We are still waiting for a response.

The situation is so absurd that the Tax Office, calling FOUND tokens "virtual currency" instead of "vouchers for various purposes," issued a contradictory decision to the already issued decision by DIAS (i.e., the superior institution).

Tokenomics

The most important news is the completion of all vesting phases except for one (seed, 100 million tokens), which significantly reduced the supply pressure resulting from the influx of released tokens. In the third quarter of 2024, 362 users registered on ccFound, of which 232 confirmed their registration, which is as much as 64%.

Currently, as we mentioned in the previous report, we do not advertise the platform among target social media users. We focus on acquiring experts who, in principle, will bring their communities to us.

As a result, the users mentioned were mainly acquired through organic methods. It is worth noting that as much as 26% (86 people) of new users joined the platform through referrals from other people.

There are currently 506 courses on the platform. In the last quarter alone, this number increased by 225 courses, almost doubling.

So far, 189 trainers have joined our platform - which is over 100% more than at the end of the previous quarter when there were 80.

Since the beginning of August, we have been conducting advertising activities aimed at acquiring as many experts as possible on the platform. We have created a sales funnel that leads interested individuals from ads on FB to watch a webinar on building a knowledge business on ccFound, and then directs them to register on the platform and publish their products here.

So far, we have acquired 8,300 clicks, of which 472 people registered for the webinar. The live webinar was watched by 246 people, half of whom watched the entire thing. The replay of the webinar was viewed by 64 people - of which 40% watched the whole thing. (The rest did not watch the webinar).

Another strategy is to test our sales funnels in English-speaking markets. Here we are guided by another insight about the client, seeing cultural differences between Polish and foreign experts.

We believe that foreign experts are more accustomed to using platforms and do not have a problem with the visibility of other experts' offers within a publicly available marketplace. We think that Polish clients are particularly characterized by strong individualism and fear of competition. We want to test these hypotheses.

We contact individuals who register on the platform individually to learn their opinions about the tool and their problems and needs.

From July to September, we introduced a new promotion strategy for Virtual Real Estate (WN; I remind you that this course and group teach how to sell on the ccFound platform).

In Q3, we focused on offering a trial version, in which the client can test the course for 7 days for a symbolic 1 PLN, after which fees are automatically charged monthly.

This approach, although risky, opens the possibility of acquiring a larger number of clients. The offer is very attractive - in addition to WN, the client also receives 8 courses for a symbolic fee. In this way, we encourage the client to provide credit card details, counting on them to decide to extend the subscription. This is a mechanism similar to what Netflix uses.

Few people know that the average Netflix customer pays for 25 months. This allows the company to afford to acquire customers at a loss, knowing that in the long run, the investment will pay off. At this moment, we do not know how long the average customer will stay with us and how much they will spend in total. We have to wait until we collect more data.

In the next quarter, we want to test another sales model - this time we plan to offer an annual subscription right away. With this business model, we achieve a faster return on investment in advertising without waiting, for example, 2-3 months for extended subscriptions. Although sales may seem more difficult, the upfront funds will allow for quicker investment in acquiring more clients.

In the end, we will collect data and compare which model is more profitable - offering a trial version or selling an annual subscription. Only the analysis of advertising costs and the cost of acquiring a customer will indicate how best to allocate funds to effectively attract experts to the platform using these methods.

The sale of "Virtual Real Estate" is a key strategy for teaching experts how to use the ccFound platform. If experts buy such a course, there is a good chance they will use the platform and start selling their own courses and groups, and then attract more users.
