How to silence a noisy computer?
Hello. I have a cardboard box from a TV that someone bought (I picked it up from under the building with the intention of making a soundproof wall for my computer). When I go to sleep, I want to place it next to the computer to muffle the noise.
I lined it with a triangular soundproofing mat, but it doesn't work well. Inside it is about 10 cm wide, so I can stuff something in it. What can I stuff in there cheaply to muffle the sound? Maybe regular cotton or mineral wool? But I don't know if that's healthy either.
