Can a woman be dismissed before informing her employer that she is pregnant?
In the company, we have a situation where one of the employees had to be dismissed for disciplinary reasons. She was given a termination notice, and in response, she said that she cannot be dismissed because she is pregnant. As proof, she brought a certificate from a doctor and a sick leave (L4). What should be done in such a situation? Is the termination notice valid? Does the "first come, first served" principle apply here?
