What do you think about the recent changes in mobilization procedures?

From January 13th of this year, changes have been introduced in the military call-up card. It states that in the event of war breaking out, one must immediately report to the military. This means that the person called up should present themselves at the designated location no later than six hours after the announcement of mobilization or the outbreak of war. If a person does not report for duty within the specified time, they are subject to a prison sentence of no less than three years, and in the case of a persistent attempt to evade the duty of service, no less than five years. Speculations have begun that this is a step to prepare us for war. What do you think? Is the specter of us joining the war hanging over us?
