In connection with the development of my company, from time to time I am looking for employees for individual teams. I already have proven advertising portals, but I am considering new techniques. I have heard that some companies, for example, assign tasks related to the position, conduct personality tests, or have trial days. I wanted to consult with you about what works. How did your job interviews go? What pleasantly surprised you, and what was a complete exaggeration? How is the recruitment process best conducted from the perspective of a candidate?
