Foundation as a form of conducting business activity?

Hello CC Founders! Recently, I watched a webinar led by a lawyer. The topic was the types of operating in the fitness industry. He clearly stated that in this industry, you can operate as a foundation (note - not a family foundation, just a sports foundation). Moreover, he said that such a foundation can provide paid services if it is specified in its articles of association. Allegedly, the introduction of the so-called "New Deal" has turned this industry into a "tax haven", but not many people know about it because who reads that... Therefore, for example, a gym/training studio could operate as a sports foundation providing paid services as outlined in its articles of association. Has anyone heard of anything like this? Does anyone know a good accountant who is up to date with such matters?
