Hi. I want to staking Ethereum 2.0. I know that there is possible to buy tokens like BETH on Binance or stETH in Lido platform. How is it safe? Do I have to hold these tokens on exchange market to receiving rewards for staking? Is it possible to transfer e.g. BETH tokens to my cold wallet?
