Does an investment in a classic car without automotive knowledge make sense?

Without any special expert / passionate / market knowledge about the automotive industry, is it possible to invest some capital in a classic car in order to protect capital against inflation in addition to the pleasure of owning such a car? Is there such a large demand in Poland for such cars to exit the investment relatively efficiently if necessary? If so - what brands or models of cars should you be interested in (from an investment point of view)?
