Where can I easily launch a virtual card service for online payments?
My bank card doesn't work for some online payments. Is it possible to create a virtual card for internet payments somewhere without KYC? Just providing an email and details (verification can be done through a bank transfer). I want to easily and quickly set up such a service and top up the payments by transfer, for example. But not Revolut or bank accounts. They are too complicated, and I want something easy and quick without unnecessary opening of a bank account. It's more about an account in some payment service like PayU or others, as long as it provides such a service. Anyone? Anything?
