Practical training guide.

I am currently preparing something like a workout guide for people who want to start exercising or have been training for some time but have not seen results yet. In connection with this, I would like to ask anyone interested in physical activity - let's assume that you had the opportunity to read such a guide: - what topics would you like to see included in it? - what are your biggest problems in training? - what don't you know but would like to learn about training and physical activity? Any other suggestions and your ideas are also welcome :)
