VPN - is it possible to connect to a computer that is using VPN if that VPN doesn't have the "port forwarding" service?

Good morning. I need to connect to my computer that has internet via VPN and is online 24/7. This VPN is nice and fast, it has the OpenVpn protocol as well as WireGuard, but they do away with port forwarding, and I used it to connect over the internet to it. They wrote that they were giving up because the scammers hosted some illegal things thanks to this. I'm legal, no problem, but I think they take away the ability to connect with such a computer from the new month, and I keep a storj node there. He must have access from the net to this computer and stuff. Apparently I can look for other services, but no subscription already paid in advance for a few months yet. I don't want to argue about returns. I would prefer, however, if it could be done somehow, preferably via WireGuard, because it is faster. I want the Internet to be able to connect even when they drop this service. Is there any way? Thank you.

PS Because when you browse the website, somehow return packets arrive and display graphics, video, aha, but if someone without being initiated by our computer wants to connect to the IP address from which the VPN comes out, then through some port, it's like a VPN service provider blocks the port, it will not connect further to us? Ahaa, but I can listen to any port, I don't know about the basic one, maybe even, because they have to let some, after all, because nothing could be done through these VPNs? So that I don't have to buy some hosting and set up a VPN there, because I can't and I don't have much time? Because for a ready VPN I pay a subscription there 5$ and I can put 5 computers on it (devices) and each has a different IP then and is reachable from the Internet,
