HTML website - which graphic program?
Which graphic program will generate an HTML page for me in a fast way, just like Corel Draw? I don't feel like editing in code because it should be a static page with graphics like a BIO with links to projects in a unique way. There is too much work and problems in Wordpress. It will look something like this. There will be a link to a project on each puzzle element. I prefer a desktop solution, not online. // Just quickly to visually see the problem.
