You need a demolition permit if you want to demolish:

buildings and structures entered in the register of monuments and under conservation protection
buildings and structures with a height of 8 meters and above, if their distance from the plot border is not less than half the height
buildings and construction equipment for which a building permit is not required - if they are protected as monuments, i.e. they are:
- entered in the register of monuments
- inscribed on the List of Heritage Treasures
- recognized as a historical monument
- are in the cultural park
- are subject to conservation protection (protection of buildings, structures, construction equipment in the local spatial development plan), decision on determining the location of a public purpose investment, decision on development conditions, decision on permission to implement a road investment, decision on determining the location of a railway line or decision on permission to implementation of investments in the field of public use airport.
