"NAGA GLOBAL - funds cannot be withdrawn!!!"
Has anyone tried to withdraw funds from NAGA to their account?
I've been fighting them for a month. I sent all the documents for verification (credit card, DO, account statements, electricity bills, etc.), some of them several times, because the system, despite the acceptance, again requested them to be sent.
Today, after emails with accusations of hindering the withdrawal of funds, I received information that everything is OK and I can withdraw funds.
Unfortunately, after entering the platform, it is still impossible!!!!
The lady on the hotline speaks only English and that's not very good, and in the end I didn't get along.
The Institute of Cryptography recommends this platform for trading - I warn everyone against making a deposit!
