Phone number identification problem

Several years ago I was the president of the association and my private number was listed as a contact number.

For some time, since phones identify the number that is calling you, when I call someone who does not have my number saved, the phone automatically displays the name of that association.

Does anyone know what I can do about it? I have a Plus phone.
