Reduction length. How long can it last?
Hello.
I have a question for experts on the subject, i.e. nutritionists, personal trainers and health enthusiasts.
I have been on a reduction diet for about a year with minor breaks (diet breaks). I started with a weight of 98 kg and a body fat level well above 25-30%.
Currently, I have gone down to 82 kg, which translates into adipose tissue in the range of 15-16% and a loss of 15 cm in the waist.
Despite, as it seems to me, good progress, I have the impression that it goes a little slower than I observe on the "internets". My caloric deficit is about 500 kcal a day. The activity is 3-4 times strength training and about 60-80 minutes of cardio per week.
The macro layout is B160 T80 W225.
My question is, what can I improve or change to get down to 10% body fat before summer?
Regards and thanks for the replies.
