Civil law partnership and partners and addresses for service of official letters
The civil law partnership has its registered office / correspondence address.
Each of the partners must be a Sole Proprietorship and have their own address.
When an office has to send a letter/decision, it supposedly has to send it to each of the Partners at their home addresses? Or so?
