Hello my dears, I run a diving center where I train divers. I often organize integration trips, where we go under water together, and this is my main source of income. The problem is that often out of 10 declared guests, half of the guests come, and I have to cover their travel costs and in the end I break even. I am asking for advice on how to motivate people to fulfill their declarations. Perhaps there are some psychological patterns of action in such situations. I would like to point out that advance payments for trips do not pass exams.

prowadzę centrum nurkowe, w którym szkolę nurków. Często organizuję wyjazdy integracyjne, na których wspólnie schodzimy pod wodę i jest to moje główne źródło utrzymania. Problem polega na tym, że często z 10 zadeklarowanych osób przyjeżdża połowa gości, a ja muszę pokryć ich koszty wyjazdu i koniec końców wychodzę na zero. Proszę o radę w jaki sposób można zmotywować ludzi, aby wywiązywali się z deklaracji. Być może są jakieś psychologiczne schematy działania w takich sytuacjach.  Zaznaczę, że zaliczki na wyjazdy nie zdają egzaminów.
