<p>I was at the mall recently. The children wanted to go to the place designated for play. There were several parents and a bunch of children there. There was also a 13-year-old boy (Pole) and two dark-skinned boys - one about 9 years old and the other max. Six years. They were struggling when I arrived, but they were also laughing, so I didn't react. However, after a while the oldest boy began to drag the smallest on the floor, took off his pants and underwear and laughed. The little one, of course, started crying. I reacted quite harshly. The attacker fled, and the young man dressed and left with his brother. My questions are:</p><ol><li> Why do you think none of the parents present reacted? Did they care because the victim was of foreign descent?</li><li> Did they care that their children were watching?</li><li> Would you react or not?</li></ol>

<p>Byłam ostatnio w centrum handlowym. Dzieci chciały iść do miejsca wyznaczonego na zabawę. Było tam kilkoro rodziców i gromadka dzieci. Był również ok. 13 letni chłopak (Polak) i dwóch chłopców ciemnej karnacji - jeden ok.9 lat, a drugi max. 6 lat. Gdy przyszłam szamotali się, ale też się śmiali, więc nie zareagowałam. Jednak po chwili najstarszy chłopak zaczął wlec najmniejszego po podłodze, Ściągnął mu spodnie i bieliznę i śmiał się. Ten mały oczywiście zaczął płakać. Zareagowałam dość ostro. Napastnik uciekł, a młody ubrał się i odszedł z bratem. Moje pytania są takie: </p>

<li>Jak myślicie, dlaczego żaden z rodziców tam obecnych nie zareagował? Czy mieli to gdzieś, bo ofiara była obcego pochodzenia?</li>
<li>Czy było im obojętne, że ich dzieci na to patrzyły? </li>
<li>Czy Wy zareagowalibyście, czy nie?</li>
</ol>
