I am interested in your opinion on the event.
I was at the mall recently. The children wanted to go to the place designated for play. There were several parents and a bunch of children there. There was also a 13-year-old boy (Pole) and two dark-skinned boys - one about 9 years old and the other max. Six years. They were struggling when I arrived, but they were also laughing, so I didn't react. However, after a while the oldest boy began to drag the smallest on the floor, took off his pants and underwear and laughed. The little one, of course, started crying. I reacted quite harshly. The attacker fled, and the young man dressed and left with his brother. My questions are:
- Why do you think none of the parents present reacted? Did they care because the victim was of foreign descent?
- Did they care that their children were watching?
- Would you react or not?
