Is mining cryptocurrencies profitable?

Hello. I would like to invest in cryptocurrency excavators, but I am not sure if mining is still profitable after the last halving. What do you think about this? Is mining cryptocurrencies still profitable? Thanks for all the tips and best regards. Maurice
