As for employees, playroom service is required, as well as guardians who will take care of children while parents rest, unless you include information in the regulations that the parent is obliged to look after their child personally. Qualifications such as a play animator are useful, but as far as I know, they are not necessary.

Marketing is very important, otherwise you won't get customers. First, you need to promote your playroom, for example, through advertisements in local media, leaflets, advertising banners, websites, etc.

Liability insurance and property insurance would also be useful. Kids have different ideas, and you don't need trouble, just profit :)
