How to deal with the "sticky rubber" effect in laptop devices?
I have been using the Dell Latitude E6540 laptop for a long time. My last friend, an IT specialist, tweaked it so much that it runs like my Dell Vostro 5502 business laptop. However, the desktop of the laptop, apart from the keyboard, is covered with something like rubber. This rubber has become tacky over time and catches dust and other contaminants. I have one idea how to fix it but it doesn't seem the best to me, so I decided to ask you.
