How to install windows 10/11 for free with cd key for vista business?

I want windows 11 for free.
You can get 11 for free if you upgrade from windows 10.
You can supposedly get Windows 10 for free if you upgrade from Windows 7 retail or OEM.
You can get windows 7 for free if you have vista keys.
I want Pro versions! not any houses.
And yes, I have vista business cd keys, that gives me the right to windows 7 pro.
Windows 7 Pro can give me free windows 10 pro if successful.
And windows 10 pro will give me windows 11 pro.
And what is the easiest way to bring a computer with a clean disk to installed windows 11?
