What is your attitude towards animals?
I've always wondered how people can abuse animals?! My heart breaks when I see these photos and videos. I know that some people in the countryside, or just the older generation, have a completely different attitude towards animals. They can keep dogs on short chains without access to water, they do not react when the animal already shows symptoms of illness and pain, they beat animals, etc. I wanted to ask about your approach to animals? Do you put them lower in the hierarchy? When you take an animal into your care, do you feel that you are fully responsible for it? Do you react when you see that an animal in your environment (family, friends, neighbors) is hurting?
