How to change BTC from Legacy to Segwit?

I can't transfer BTC from Zonda to Ledger. Neither on Nano X nor on Nano S plus. I know it's about the Legacy or Segwit code issue. I don't know if I can change it somehow in Ledger Live or somewhere else to support both? Do I have to somehow transfer BTC somewhere else first to change legacy to Segwit?
