Selection of 2 anroid / pc pads and will it work?

I would like to buy 2 wireless pads for children so that they can play simple games for Android and PC, up to a maximum of PLN 200. At the beginning I would like to teach them simple games of my childhood like contra or mario 🙂. I think that 3d graphics at this age are too much and 2d games are better because they allow you to use your imagination more. They are currently playing water and fire on a stick, this is their first game and they have a lot of fun. In contrast, playing on a laptop keyboard is not very convenient, so I thought about the pads. Does anyone have experience, can you connect 2 such pads to a computer or smartphone and play on the TV? The very connection of a computer or smartphone to the TV is covered by usb-c. The question remains, how to connect the pads? I wonder if a hub with usbc for 2 usba is enough where I can connect the pads and usbc or HDMI where I will give tv? Will it work? And will it be that when I have them, the system will see them for itself and it will flicker? Will you have to do anything else?
