How to create your own cryptocurrency?

Siemanko. I would like to create my own cryptocurrency and blog and then give it to my blog readers for engagement (sharing, liking content, etc.). Now the question arises how to do it and is it possible at all? Thank you very much for all the answers and best regards. Agatha
