What diet is objectively the healthiest?

Recently I watched a video of a TEDx censored speech (!). The author of the speech tells how the meat diet cured her of autoimmune diseases - she called it the "lions diet" and encourages researchers to study the topic. In this example, we can see how many diets there are and how different of them serve or do not serve others. What diet has helped you in your life? Or maybe you have knowledge about what diet should serve which person? What are the criteria for assessing and selecting a diet? What do we know about this from a scientific point of view?
