New YEAR new ME

As every year, many of us will try to change our lives. But most of us will probably give up on new resolutions as early as January. In my opinion, this is a problem because a person who is taking care of themselves does not have a structured approach to change. Instead of making changes step by step, they tackle everything at once. But that is impossible. So whatever you decide, do it one step at a time. Identify your biggest problem, examine it, and address it. Slowly. If you start to see positive results from it, then introduce new changes in another area that you also want to improve.

Good luck :)

I have two seemingly simple methods that may prove helpful:

  1. Don't Think, just Do it
  2. Forget about procrastination, that is, about constantly putting something off until tomorrow.
