Sometimes it is necessary, sometimes not wanted at all, sometimes painful... Because habit, attachment, convenience, and comfort keep us "somewhere" or with "someone." Illusory, as it turns out later...

Change is - I take responsibility for making this or that decision with all its consequences and ATTENTION - I must endure it!

And that is difficult, uncomfortable, not very comfortable, RISKY, because you never know for sure what awaits you in this change... It's a bit like a leap of faith, you don't see what awaits you below, but you have to trust yourself that a further, happier life awaits you there.
So one step forward, and then retreat to the old, because it's safe there, just okay, but safe.

Better the known hell than the unknown paradise...

But are you sure?

I always ask one question: do you feel happy, happy as it is now? But really...? Honestly, answer yourself and the answer is ALWAYS, really always: NO

- So, what do you want to do about it?

- I don't know... Because if I do... "a" the consequences could be great, but it can go differently and everything might fall apart, crumble... And if I choose option... "b" then it will be a total flop.

- Well, yes, it can be different... You can always stay here, where you are and have it as you have now with the certainty that it will be like that for the rest of your life.

- But I don't want to live like that!

- I understand. The question is whether you will want to risk change and step into something better, into what you desire, what you dream of, with the option that the old will not return, that it will not be able to change for the better and will have to fall away, you will have to start differently, maybe from scratch...

- The option that it has to fall away - hurts the most, it hurts so much...

- Yes, that's the pain we're dealing with today. Put it on the table, we will look at it from every side, we will see what and who it originally concerns...

It is a component of everything, our whole life is some truth, half-truths, and lies, circling around, not getting to the heart of the matter.

Bypassing the truth is not a lie... Oh how many times have we done that in our lives?

Wriggling out of answers, twisting, just to not say how it really is "not to reveal too much," "not to disclose my position," because maybe that person will criticize, and what will they think of me...? 🤔, and if they reject me, laugh at me, insult me...
Everyone could insert something of their own in that place.
