Bedros and his message
Do you know a coach like Bedros Keuliian? If not, then nothing is lost. Because you can already make up for this gap. And it's not at all a shame, because each of us is on a different path and that is what makes us unique. We are a collection of our own experiences, and the path we choose leads us to different places. My experiences led me to create this group, and you to stop by here. I won't elaborate on Bedros at the moment. Of course, I can do that in other posts if you ask for it. But mainly I would like to focus here on the theme of his words, which I have translated for you. Content that reflects what I have been experiencing for 3 years right after burnout and lack of prospects for the future. The supposedly worn-out exit from the comfort zone is still very much in vogue. Current like nothing else. I only understood this when I opposed my own comfort. After all, it was this passivity that led me to problems with digestion, addiction to marijuana, and general dissatisfaction with everyday life. And it happened because I handed my life over to someone else's hands. I thought that since I didn't have a loan, I didn't have to demand anything more from myself. Nothing could be further from the truth.
So to sum up, for 3 years I have been working on myself every day and I see amazing results. In the process of expanding my knowledge, I see the world not as a place to survive, but as a gift I can experience. Every day I wake up satisfied with what I have. And every day right after waking up, even though I don't want to take a cold shower, do 80 push-ups, and stretch, I do it despite my reluctance. Because these small morning activities, which are an exit from the comfort zone right after waking up, set me up for the whole day. The awareness that before most people wake up around 6 a.m., I have already managed to do all of this and I am sipping coffee while reading a book (currently, it's not a book, but studying for an anatomy test for the upcoming exam).
So let's set ourselves challenges and realize our plans. Because that is the only way to achieve success, however you define it.
Have a nice weekend, dear ones.
PS: I have a trip to Poznań for a course (4 sessions throughout November). I already miss the kids.
Best regards
Krystian
