I warmly welcome you to my group.
My name is Elżbieta and I am a graduate of journalism and social communication (bachelor's degree), management (master's degree), and management and marketing in agriculture (postgraduate studies). I have been interested in nature and herbalism since childhood; my grandmothers passed on a lot of knowledge to me, and I also learned from other older women.
I am fascinated by folk medicine and phenomena such as our native whisperers and shamanism in other countries as a cultural phenomenon. I have worked as an activist for the preservation of linguistic and cultural heritage in the international Engaged Humanities project, where I had contact with cultural and linguistic minorities. I expanded my knowledge in the areas related to shamanism and folk and regional medicine.
I have completed numerous courses in herbalism and phytotherapy, dietetics, biological renewal, cosmetics, massage, and physiotherapy, as well as music therapy. I am very eager to expand my knowledge in various fields.
I have worked (and still do) for online stores offering herbal raw materials. I mainly write specialized articles for blogs. Over the years, I have also written lifestyle, psychological, coaching, and holistic health and cosmetology content.
I provide health advice to everyone completely free of charge – I am simply an idealist and want people to be aware and just healthy. I want to pass on knowledge and share it.
I would like to emphasize that I do not take responsibility for the results and outcomes of applying my advice, as they may vary depending on the person and the situation. In every case, I recommend contacting your attending physician or pharmacist beforehand (unfortunately, this is the law we have, and I must write it).
So I encourage you to ask questions here, and as time allows, I will provide advice and tips. Other experts will also join here.
