Integrate with other places where there are people!

I join all the groups here and want to see places on the internet where THERE ARE PEOPLE,

I want to ask a question there or write something.

I want to write something to a group of people who have experience in running in the cold, or sports in frost, I need to buy a mask for running in the cold and what and where should I ask to find people?

But I don't know where to ask. And what if CCfound had an account on such a forum (so I don't have to search for where such forums are at all) and just a section on CCfound - a shortcut link to that place, so I wouldn't have to search on Google but on CCfound (an attraction to enter CCfound), that I enter CCfound, in the Winter Sports group and see such places where there are people,... that's the first step and then you think about how to partner with such places for mutual benefits and how to solve it technically.
