Breath and Mindfulness
Mindfulness is a key element of meditation, and the breath is an excellent tool for practicing it.
Try to focus on your breath for a few minutes, not changing it, just observing. When you notice that your thoughts begin to wander, gently bring your attention back to the breath.
It is normal for the mind to wander – the most important thing is to patiently return to the present moment. 🌬️
