Let's talk about abdominal breathing. It is a technique, or rather a collection of techniques, in which we focus on breathing deeply into the belly, rather than just into the chest.
Place your hand on your belly and feel it rise during the inhale. As you exhale, the belly should slowly lower. This type of breathing helps with relaxation and stress reduction.
