Introduction to Conscious Breathing

Hello! 🧘‍♂️ Today we begin our journey with breathing techniques, mindset, and meditation on ccFound.
Breath is something we usually do automatically, but it has immense power when we consciously direct our attention to it. Let's start with a simple exercise: take a few deep, slow inhales and exhales, paying attention to how the air enters your lungs and how it leaves. These are the first steps in learning conscious breathing. 🙏
PS. Sometimes, to slow down the nervous system, including the heart rate and the "race of thoughts," a loooong exhale is enough ;)
