What are the best books on investing in real estate?

Most of the books below provide background information on accounting, finance, and markets. They are universal, so it doesn't matter if you want to invest in real estate or anything else. I can only share my knowledge about foreign titles, because I don't read Polish books. Perhaps some of them are translated into Polish. You can check it on google.

General investment books

• The Essays of Warren Buffett - Lessons from renowned investor Warren Buffett
• Common Stocks and Uncommon Profits

Understanding the risks:

• The Most Important Thing -
• A Random Walk Down Wall Street - An interesting book about financial bubbles. If you want to understand them and earn money from them, this is a must-read
• The Black Swan
• Fooled by Randomness
• Margin of Safety

Importance of management in investments:

• Good to Great - Detailed analysis of top performing companies. The best book on this topic.

In my opinion, these are the most interesting books on investing. If anyone knows interesting Polish items, please let me know, I'd love to get acquainted :)

For my part, I recommend:

Dolf de Roos "Real Estate Riches: How to Become Rich Using Your Banker's Money" - a book in English, but very simply written. This is a must read book if you are interested in investing in real estate

Robert Kiyosaki "Rich Dad Poor Dad" - you must have heard about this book, and if not ... then you must read it. It is a worldwide bestseller written by a famous investor.

Bartosz Nosiadek "Earning real money" - Bartek is a well-known developer and investor in Poland. He became a millionaire thanks to a housing flip. The book is currently withdrawn from sale, but I'm sure you can find it somewhere on the web in PDF :)

Ken McElroy "ABC how to invest in real estate" - a great book in which, apart from the basics, you will also find information on how to choose apartments for a flip or how to find the right opportunity

Sławek Muturi "Rental management" - a book about managing your apartments. Thanks to it, you will find out whether it is better to take care of everything yourself or to outsource management to an external company.

I recommend Daniel Siwiec's book "Modern Investor" - a fresh position from 2018, from which you can learn m. how to look for real estate, how to create their potential or what to do to increase the value of real estate. In my opinion, this is a good book for both beginners and more advanced. The cool thing is that it also presents creative financing models with little capital.
