Entry for the founders of the service and for those who want the service to grow.

Recently, I noticed many posts criticizing the service, and to be honest, I don't blame them. One might get the impression that the service has stagnated and is not developing as we would all like. Additionally, the continuous decline in the value of CcFound Coin is worsening the overall picture of the entire project.

To relieve the founders a bit, I decided to present a few ideas that could help in the development of the service and give all investors more hope for the future of the project.

I believe that more constructive feedback from our side will help develop the project in the right direction and will allow us to see a return on our investments sooner.

Below is a list of my proposals that could be implemented on the platform. Please let me know what you think about them. Your opinions can have a significant impact on their realization, so it would be good if most of you could comment on them. I also encourage you to add your own ideas – every suggestion is worth its weight in gold. However, please avoid negative, unconstructive comments, as they will not contribute to improving the situation. Let's focus on constructive suggestions that can realistically influence the development of the service. Let this thread serve solely for presenting ideas that can somehow contribute to improving the functioning of the platform.

Here are my ideas:

1. CcFound Coins for activity: I propose introducing monthly rewards or prizes for each post. These could be bonuses for 10, 30, and 50 comments, for example. I know there are reputation points, but that seems to be too little incentive for users. We need something more valuable that will motivate them to be active.
2.  Incentives for posts: There should be more tangible rewards for adding posts. The size and type of bonuses could be linked to the user's rank. For example, after reaching 1000 reputation points, the bonuses would be larger than for users with lower reputation. This could increase every 500 or 1000 reputation points. These "milestones" should not be too large to avoid discouraging users. As reputation is gained, the subsequent bonus levels could be larger. For example, after reaching 10,000 reputation points, the next increase in bonuses would occur after 15,000 points.
3. Settlements and purchases using CcFound Coins: Implementing the fastest possible settlements and purchases using CcFound Coins would be crucial.
4. Competitions for users: I propose organizing competitions by the founders of CcFound, for example for posts on Facebook, for links, or for attracting new users. This way, we could additionally utilize the potential of users for word-of-mouth marketing. I know there are reputation points for this, but as we can see, it is not a sufficient incentive. Additional rewards in the form of CcFound Coins could be an extra motivator. For this to work, the utility value of CcFound Coins must increase, which means there should be a possibility to pay with them within the service.
5. Additional paid features with CcFound Coins: Additional features could be made available on the service for a fee in CcFound Coins. For example, additional analytical tools, the ability to post featured entries, or profile enhancements such as videos. This could encourage users to purchase CcFound Coins or to actively strive for the bonuses I mentioned earlier.
6. Rewarding group owners: It would be worth considering rewarding group owners for the number of members, so that it pays off to strive for their growth. This is mainly for free groups, as paid ones are already rewarded with fees from users.
7. Search function: Implementing a search function is essential. The current lack of this function severely limits the development of the platform. Without the ability to easily search for older content, users may not want to add new ones because their posts quickly get pushed down and are rarely revisited. The ability to search for interesting content would be a huge convenience, especially for new and less active users.
8. Layout and navigation: The overall layout is fine – it is quite clear and easy to use. However, I would add a wall with the latest posts from all subscribed groups on the home panel, so that all content is in one place. Something like the current "Explore" function, but only with content from our subscribed groups. Then, on the side panel, we could add "My groups" and "My courses".
9. User comments: In the My Content tab, all comments from a given user should also be displayed, not just their posts. The current limitation to showing only posts greatly restricts the discovery of valuable comments and does not encourage their posting. It would also provide a fuller picture of each user. Some may not post many new entries, but they may provide many helpful comments. It would be worth highlighting them somehow to make it easier to access all content available on the portal. I think this would help build the user's brand on the service and could contribute to greater activity on the portal.

In summary, we need to think about ways to encourage the use of the platform and active participation in its life. Currently, there is very little new content, which discourages users. It looks like the project is stagnating. There must be a continuous influx of new users, and those who are already on the platform must see that it is worth being active. Creating an internal market where CcFound Coins can be used would strengthen their value and utility.
