Declaring the country of origin of the product

Can anyone specify what requirements need to be met to define the country of origin of a product as coming from Poland? If I buy several components abroad, for example from one manufacturer in Italy, and then assemble them together and configure them as a complete device (without adding other elements and using the connection and configuration instructions provided by the manufacturer of the parts), can I specify the end product as being produced by me in Poland, or do I need some further modification?

“The product may also originate from the EU or a partner country, although it was produced using materials from other countries or was partially processed abroad, i.e., not in the partner country. This is the case when the product has been sufficiently processed”
