What do I understand by comprehensive training?

What I want to convey to my clients is not to stick to one type of training. We should maintain a balance between all movement abilities. So we should be: strong, mobile, have good endurance, be able to stabilize the body, handle basic coordination tasks, and train all movement patterns. In training, we should develop every plane of movement. Of course, it is not possible to do all of this at once, because the training would last 5 hours. But in the perspective of months and years, everything can be easily managed. This is what versatile training is all about. But why do it? to bend down and tie a shoe without any problems, to be able to lift a child above your head, to be able to climb stairs without spitting out your lungs and without being forced to use the elevator, to reach behind using the spine, not turning the whole body, to get up from the ground without using hands, to catch stability on a slippery surface, not break your arms and knock out teeth, and to live without pain! :) I could go on and on, but I will end it here today :D Why do you train? Let me know in the comments :)
