dispute over domain

Does anyone have experience in domain disputes? I run an online store, whose domain is a combination of two words. The competition has launched a competing store (the same assortment) using a domain where they reversed these two words. Let's say my domain is xxxxxxxYY.pl and they use YYxxxxxxx.pl. I already know that some people have been misled by this. We received phone calls asking about orders, and later it turned out that customers placed them with the competition. We have been operating for 10 years, and the competition for a year. YYxxxxxxx.pl has never been my property - my mistake, I did not anticipate that someone would be tempted by it. The domain is not a trademark. Are these sufficient grounds to start a domain dispute? What are my chances in this dispute?
