Who is advising this man?

It is amazing that the US has a record of over 50 million crypto investors who are voters and in the hype of an election which is just around the corner, you do something so stupid that can literally turn 50 million votes against you. Who is advising these people? Why would you make and unprovoked decision to hurt so many for no apparent logical reason? Big on this news “President Biden vetoes Congress repeal of bill preventing financial institutions from custodying crypto assets”, “Biden vetoes bipartisan support for overturning SAB121”…Why??? This is just dumb dumb dumb
