I would like someone to create or point me to a ready-made course on using encrypted FTP protocol.

I would gladly buy a training on data transfer (even in hundreds of Gigabytes) via FTPS protocol on this portal. It would be best if this training was divided into sections, starting from a complete beginner who doesn't understand the topic, to an Expert level. Written in a simple and easy-to-understand way.For certain reasons, I do not trust any cloud services. It doesn't matter if it's free (in reality, still paid for in some other way - maybe at the cost of privacy or in the form of annoying ads, because nothing is truly free) or paid, for example, in the form of a monthly subscription for a limited amount of disk space on some server belonging for example to "good uncle" Google. It's hard to say if data stored or shared with a friend using such a service is definitely not viewed by a third party or algorithmic entities in the name of "security" despite the assumptions of privacy policy.Let's assume that for various reasons, transferring large files is not an option: over LAN through Meshnet from external providers like VPN via email through the cloud using internet messengers using CD/DVD/BluRay discs external memory like memory cards, pendrives or external HDD/SSD. The main focus here is on the ability to transfer a large amount of data (for example video materials from industrial monitoring system or other multimedia files) over long distances with a strong emphasis on maintaining security issues in my interest and the interest of the other person. These may include protection of sensitive personal data, company documents, and any other files that should not fall into the hands of unauthorized third parties, hackers, etc. From what has caught my attention, I have learned that the encrypted FTP protocol can be a good, reliable, and free way of data transfer. The problem is that I do not know how to proceed with this correctly.
