Are we really expecting another ETH big pump?

So I guess the ETH pump yesterday and day before was from the market markers who already got the inside information that the EFT was gonna be approved. So now the regular investors and traders waiting for a pump since the news was released, but I'm guessing that pump already happened? lol your thoughts?
