Warranty exchange of door jamb
Who is responsible for the cost of processing the door if a defect in the door frame is found during the warranty or guarantee period? I mean patching holes after replacement and painting. Is this cost borne by the customer? Or the warranty?

Hardware must contact its supplier for warranty, your role would be contacting the hardware, by the way looking at the case itself mmmm many things can become very difficult. I must believe that they will sort it out for even painting. :-)
