At first glance, the electric mat one seems easier to install, any potential malfunction will not flood the neighbor living downstairs. Nevertheless, it is probably less efficient in terms of heating because the electric wires themselves retain heat less well than water. Thanks in advance for your opinions.

Który rodzaj podłogówki polecacie? Wykonaną przy użyciu maty elektrycznej czy może też instalację wodną?  
Na pierwszy rzut oka ta pierwsza wydaje się łatwiejsza w instalacji, ewentualna awaria nie zaleje sąsiada mieszkającego na dole. Niemniej jest chyba mniej efektywna grzewczo bowiem same przewody elektryczne słabiej trzymają ciepło niż woda. Z góry dzięki za opinie.
